Chairman’s Cup Final
The first piece of silverware for Tottenham Hotspur Ladies Football Club this season was guaranteed in this final, but the Blues came out as victors with the Whites putting in a fine display.

Closing their counterparts down, the Whites made it hard for Blues to play their normal game, but a Molly Bartrip shot from distance gave the Blues a half-time lead.

After the break, the Blues were more settled and made it hard for the Whites to get forward. A goal soon after the restart from a fierce Danielle Wheeler drive made it 2-0 and after a shot bounced back off a post to be converted by Lulu Fox for the third, the game was beyond the Whites and the Blues went on to lift the trophy.

Spurs Under-11s had the bulk of the game as they saw off a dogged Belles side.

Tori Tripp hit the opener with a fine shot after good passing between Bobbi Cubberley and Laura Newby, with this being followed by a solo effort from Amy Woff to make it 2-0.

Tripp’s run and cross set up the goal of the game, a stunning volley from Katie Bell as Spurs went into the break three up. The second half saw Newby score by slipping the ball between the goalie’s legs and the win was rounded off by a rasping Hollie Watson free-kick to ensure a win for stand-in manager Paul Newby to keep them level at the top of the table.

Squad : - Lily-Anna Tyrimos, Shoshana Field, Vicki Blake, Hollie Watson, Katie Bell, Tianna Carrington, Marva Kreel, Bobbi Cubberley, Laura Newby, Tori Tripp, Amy Woff.

HGFL Cup – Group A
A determined and disciplined Luton side dented Tottenham’s 100% League Cup record with this home defeat.
An early goal in each half set the pattern of the game, with Spurs struggling to break forward through a tough midfield.

Two more goals rounded off a damp and miserable morning for the Spurs girls, who lost some of their shape as they tried to get back into the game.

It was a tale of two penalties as league leaders QPR visited Spurs, but left with a narrow defeat in an evenly contested match.

Spurs dictated the first half play to put them 2-0 up by half time. The first was from a Jodie Fenn long pass into the path of Leasha Ngotho, who knocked the ball forward before unleashing a ferocious shot that the goalkeeper could only palm into the net.

Lindsey Cockle teased the QPR defence with her trickery before being felled in the area for a penalty. Lindsey then kept her nerve to beat the keeper from the spot as she placed the ball beyond the keeper.

After the break, QPR stepped up a gear with goalkeeper Nicola Davey called upon to make numerous saves. However, QPR did break through to put them back in the game and got another break when a ball struck the arm of Andrea Edobor and the visitors were awarded a penalty. The luck was with Spurs as the kick was blasted over the bar and they held on for the win.

HGFL Cup – Group B
The Under 14's put in an excellent performance to record a 10-0 victory against Hatfield Youth in the HGF League Cup after losing 8-2 to the same side just a few weeks ago in the league.

New signing Toni Gillman was the star of the show scoring five times after coming on as a substitute. She was ably supported with further goals from Sophie Petros (2), Leesa Shields, Patrizia Leo and captain Ryah Vyse.

The Spurs defence looked a solid unit, with the centre half pairing of Hoshi Cooper-Hutchinson and Shikiera Lake-Richards in control throughout.

The result leaves Spurs needing a victory at high-flying Harvesters to claim a spot in the last eight of the League Cup.

Squad : - Ricole Vyse, Shikiera Richards-Lake, Hoshi Cooper-Hutchinson, Leesa Shields, Ryah Vyse, Sophie Petros, Rebecca Hunneyball, Alex Small, Bethany Hunter Scott, Stavroulla Panayiotou, Hannah Davies, Dunmush Ozner, Patrizia Leo, Tony Gillman, Lauren Taylor-Marks

Clapton Orient 1
L&SERFL – PREMIER DIVISIONM
Despite the heavy rain causing the match to be played in trying conditions, Spurs Ladies ran out winners over Clapton Orient in Darren Johnson's first game in charge.

Claire Smith opened the scoring for Spurs, when she hit home a corner from Rosi Webb and when a through ball from midfield set Jade Perrin free, she finished crisply to make it 2-0.

Webb scored the third, when she converted a penalty awarded for a foul in the area, but Clapton pulled a goal back with a fine strike that gave Laura May in goal no chance.

May made a fine save in the top corner to keep another effort by the visitors out, but Perrin was alert to a pass through the Clapton defence and reached the ball just before the keeper to slide it into the net to make the final score 4-1 and keep the team's confidence up as they continue their good run of form.

Team : - Laura May, Mary Griffiths, Rochelle Alexandra, Kelly Herrett (c), Katie Wilde (Dom Clarke), Di Gardiner, Claire Smith, Jenna Brailey, Rosi Webb, Jade Perrin, Ebony Heath (Samrawit Bereket)
