Kathrine Moller Kuhl, Kim Little, Lina Hurtig and Jen Beattie also found the net. Michelle Agyemang and Victoria Pelova managed to get on the scoresheet.

The Blues went into Sunday's clash looking to continue their scintillating recent form, with manager Brian Sorensen vowing ahead of the game that his squad would do their "very best" to replicate their impressive 2020 cup run that saw them make it all the way to the final. The Dane made four changes from the side that beat West Ham 3-0 last time out, with striker Aggie Beever-Jones coming in for Katja Snoeijs and Courtney Brosnan replacing Emily Ramsey in goal.

Tottenham put five past the Championship leaders London City Lionesses to progress to the fifth round of the FA Cup. Beth England and the Arsenal loanee Mana Iwabuchi put the home team ahead in the first half before Drew Spence, Eveliina Summanen and an own goal crushed London City in the second.

“It was a really positive day for us,” said the Spurs manager, Rehanne Skinner, who praised the impact of England and Iwabuchi since they have joined the club.
