The 2023 Women in Football Leadership Programme (WFLP) has kicked off with talented women from various football associations across the globe converging in Switzerland. The week-long annual course is jointly run by FIFA, UEFA, and IMD Business School, and is designed to enhance the leadership skills of female decision-makers and potential senior executives in football.
