Get the staff and team to share everything you publish. They should be happy to promote the club

Go further afield than your home town. Nearby town's women's teams may not be as high up the league tiers and people may be prepared to travel to see higher quality women's football.
Offer a coaching session to local schools. Give a free match day passes to kids and their parents.
Ask businesses to put up posters advertising the team and/or matches.
Submit match reports to local media. Newspapers, radio, etc.
