Former England international, broadcaster, and sports director Eni Aluko made an emotional return this week to Leafield Athletic Ladies, the grassroots club where her football journey began.

More than 500 girls, women, and community members, including over 150 players, attended the special event, which followed the Lionesses’ Euro 2025 triumph and aimed to encourage greater participation in grassroots football.
